Annual Survey Results, EDLP and the Code

The 2021 AFGC Annual Code Survey has received record responses. Come join us to hear the results that brings together suppliers’ experiences of how Aldi, Coles, Woolworths and Metcash are conducting their businesses in relation to the Code.

Neil Rechlin from NextGen will then discuss how EDLP pricing arrangements interact with the Code. Once you’ve agreed to an EDLP what happens next? You have a price increase to put through, the EDLP POS has been removed, your price has moved – what do you do? He will explore how to best engage with the retailers when you are looking to ‘unpick’ your EDLP position.
