The webinar will include a general update from the AFGC on the status of the FGCC, and a FGCC issues update. Discussion topics will cover delisting, range review and good faith provisions.

There will also be a direct Q&A session with Chris Leptos, Independent Code Reviewer. This is your chance to hear Chris’s perspectives on the Code, his recent engagements with the retailers, and the role that the Code Arbiters are playing following recent changes to their position and need for greater industry participation and engagement. We will  prioritise questions received beforehand.
