With the announcement of the new Food and Grocery Code of Conduct in October 2020, it is essential that you update your training.

To maximise the benefits offered under the Code, suppliers must ensure all customer facing staff understand and take full advantage of each and every provision.

The AFGC, in partnership with NextGen, are offering two open training options for December 2020.

The training is interactive and practical, providing detailed information on each of the Code obligations. This includes the overview, intent, legal framework and real world case studies set against practical insight. At the end of the session delegates should have a clear understanding of the Code and its obligations as well as an action plan to take back to the office.
