SUMMARY:Webinar: Food and Grocery Code of Conduct update
DESCRIPTION:On 12 December the Governor-General signed the regulations to introduce the new\, mandatory Food and Grocery Code of Conduct. The updated Code implements all the recommendations from Craig Emerson’s review and will come into effect on 1 April 2025. \nIn this webinar the AFGC will summarise the changes under the new Code and key points for members\, including: \n\ngood faith\ndispute resolution\nretribution\npenalties\, and\ntransition arrangements.\n\nSpeakers will be Samantha Blake\, Director – Retail; and Rick Umback\, Manager\, Industry Affairs – Retail. \nThis webinar is open to AFGC Full Members only. \nWe look forward to seeing you online; if you have any queries please contact Josephine Trudinger\, Member Services and Events.
