Our industry is being hit by an extraordinary array of issues at present, ranging across access to transport, pallet shortages, biosecurity delays at ports, packaging and ingredient availability issues, energy pricing, access to labour and industrial action.

To effectively advocate on behalf of the industry the AFGC recently conducted a survey to understand the impact on an array of issues, ranging across access to transport, pallet shortages, biosecurity delays at ports, packaging and ingredient availability issues, energy pricing, access to labour and industrial action.

The information requested is assisting the Council demonstrate the effects these issues have on businesses and will be used to develop solutions for the food, beverage and grocery industry.
