On 12 December the Governor-General signed the regulations to introduce the new, mandatory Food and Grocery Code of Conduct. The updated Code implements all the recommendations from Craig Emerson’s review and will come into effect on 1 April 2025.

In this webinar the AFGC will summarise the changes under the new Code and key points for members, including:

• good faith
• dispute resolution
• retribution
• penalties, and
• transition arrangements.
