Manildra Group powers down emissions with cutting-edge cogeneration


Manildra Group, Australia’s largest wheat processor, has overhauled energy use at its Shoalhaven Starches site in Nowra – the world’s largest wheat gluten and starch plant of its kind.

In 2024, the company switched on a state-of-the-art cogeneration plant that replaced coal-fired energy with a cleaner gas-fired system.
