Woolworths have appointed Tish Henry as their Code Mediator. Trish replaces Helen McKenzie who held the role of Code Arbiter since 2020. Trish is an experienced lawyer and retired Supreme Court of NSW judge.
In the new Code Mediator role, Trish will assist suppliers with resolving issues and disputes with Woolworths concerning matters covered by the Code. She will prepare annual reports that will be published and provided to the ACCC and the Code Supervisor.
Trish is highly credentialed for the role and has extensive experience in dispute resolution and advising clients on legal and commercial matters in the grocery retail industry.

The AFGC and NextGen have developed new training for all supplier businesses to understand the Food and Grocery Code of Conduct.
