Supply chain risk register

These resources are for AFGC members only – please do not distribute these outside of your organisation.

The importance of business continuity planning against risk of disruption has never been greater for Australian supply chains.

The AFGC Supply Chain Committee partnered with leading consultancy Kearney to develop practical support for members planning for and managing risk.

Supply chain risk register tool

The register captures meaningful insight from the heads of supply chain at 15 AFGC member companies. The tool assesses a range of implications flowing from over 40 disruptive events across 6 ‘megatrends’ facing the industry.

The tool has been developed to allow individual members to assess risks to their own businesses. It can be used as an input to supply chain risk mitigation and business continuity planning. The Supply Chain Committee will update the risk register annually.
