Guidance for the updated Food and Grocery Code of Conduct

On 1 April 2025, the new Food and Grocery Code of Conduct came into effect. To help you and your business navigate the changes, the AFGC has developed this guidance document as a ready reckoner. It includes what is covered, prohibited, penalty regime and dispute resolution processes.
